The liturgy at Holy Cross is beautiful, reverent, and rooted in centuries of Catholic tradition. But the temporary structures cannot support the growing congregation. The new church will provide a permanent home for the Tridentine Latin Mass, a space built around silence, devotion, and the sacred. A parish that worships with solemnity deserves a church built for it.
Holy Cross has become fertile ground for vocations. Each year, young men and women discern the religious life. Some are entering SSPX seminaries, others are joining traditional communities. A parish that produces vocations should give them a sanctuary that inspires them. A proper church will serve the generations of vocations yet to come.
Since 2020, Holy Cross has seen a remarkable renewal. Young families, students, working professionals, and converts now fill every Mass. The parish school has grown. Catechism classes multiply. The current chapel strains under the weight of its own success. The new church will give this renewal room to breathe and space to grow.
In a city rising with towers and noise, Holy Cross will stand as a visible sign of Catholic identity. A reminder that God is present, and that tradition has a home in Kenya. A spire pointing upward. Stained glass preaching in colour. A sanctuary built for prayer.

The new Holy Cross Church will be a sanctuary for 1,000 faithful — a place where silence, chant, and beauty lift hearts to heaven. It will include:
A Gothic-inspired church large enough to gather the growing congregation inside its walls.
A priory for priests and seminarians, ensuring lasting pastoral care.
Grottoes, gardens, and devotional pathways for prayer and reflection.
Shared classrooms and spaces for catechism and formation with the parish school.
Areas for sacred music and art, nurturing devotion through beauty.
